Terms and Conditions
The full payment for all class activities must be made in advance to ensure your booking is secure.
A fifty percent deposit is required for behavioural consultations, pre pet consultations, one off puppy consultations and one to one obedience training.
For a package of three sessions a fifty percent deposit is required for the first session with the balance being paid in full as well a 50% deposit for the additional visits during the first consultation.

Any cancellations with less than 7 days notice for class activities or behavioural consultations can not be reimbursed. Cancellations of other services will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the service value up to 48 hours prior to the booking date and 50% the service value with less than 48 hours notice.
