Terms and Conditions
A fifty percent deposit is required at the time of booking your service and the balance must be made in full 7 days prior to the start date of the service.
Reimbursement of the deposit can not be made should a cancellation be 8 days or less notice. Once full payment has been received 50% of the balance will be reimbursed should a cancellation be made with more than 48 hours notice. No refunds can be provided if a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice.
A no obligatory visit will be made prior to the booking for assessments and meeting purposes .We have the right to refuse providing our services should we feel that your pet is a liability and our safety or safety of the general public will be at risk.
